Ordering and Payment

Pricing

We strive to offer you the best prices, but we do not guarantee that our prices will be the lowest. Prices and product availability may change without notice. In the event of a pricing or typographical error, we reserve the right to either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.

Order Cancellation

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including limitations on quantities, errors in pricing, or issues with product quality. If we cancel your order after you have paid, the full amount will be refunded to your original payment method.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. We cannot cancel orders that have already been processed.

Fraudulent Transactions

We monitor accounts to prevent fraudulent activity. If we detect a fraudulent or declined transaction, we reserve the right to take legal action, recover costs, and immediately cancel all past and pending orders without any liability for a refund.

Payment Information

You agree that all credit card information you provide is correct, accurate, and lawfully owned by you. We are not liable for any credit card fraud; liability for such fraud rests with you. We will not share your payment information with any third parties unless required by law.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all orders within India. Your order will be shipped within 8-10 working days. If your address is in an unserviceable location, we will contact you to find an alternative solution. Please note that during festivals or adverse weather, your shipment could be delayed.

For international orders, your items will be shipped within 8-10 working days, with an additional 3-5 working days for delivery. Please note that any applicable import duties or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer. Purple Tales is not responsible for these charges.

Returns & Exchanges

We deliver defect-free products and do not have a return or refund policy unless the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect. However, you can make an exchange.

  • Eligibility: You must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your outfit via email or WhatsApp. An outfit is eligible for a size exchange or style change only once.

  • Product Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of damage, stains, and fragrances. The original tags should be intact.

  • Process: After notification, we will arrange for a reverse pickup. Once the item passes our quality check, your replacement will be dispatched.

  • Custom Orders: Custom-made orders cannot be exchanged; they can only be altered.

Warranties and Disclaimers

This site and all products are provided “as is” and without any warranties, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free. We shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or inability to use, our site or products. By using the site, you agree to these limitations of liability.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Purple Tales and its employees from any claim, demand, or action made by a third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms.

Privacy Policy

We are committed to protecting your privacy. We collect your information (contact, order, and preferences) only to fulfill your orders and improve our service. We do not capture or store any financial details. We will not share your information with any third parties except those necessary for delivery or marketing purposes.
